SWEEPSTAKES RULES
The Pull Tab sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by PIC Wire & Cable, an Angelus Company (“PIC” or “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR TO WIN A PRIZE. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE.
Eligibility: To enter this Sweepstakes, you much be: (a) at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding. By entering the Sweepstakes by scanning the QR code located on the pull tab and completing the online form, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from PIC Wire & Cable. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Entry Period: Pull tab pieces will be available at the PIC Wire & Cable booth at the AAAA Convention between Tuesday, April 14th and Friday, April 17th, 2026. All winning pull tab forms must be presented to Sponsor in person at the PIC Wire & Cable booth #336 at the AAAA Convention no later than 11:30 AM CST on April 17th, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Winning pull tab entries not presented to Sponsor as set forth above during the Entry Period will be disqualified and not eligible to receive a prize.
How to Enter: To enter, visit the PIC Wire & Cable booth or sponsorship table and select one (1) pull tab piece. Limit one (1) Pull tab per person. Pull all three tabs open to reveal if you are an instant winner. If you reveal WINNER!, scan the back of the pull tab piece to be directed to an online form, complete and submit the form to receive a confirmation email, and show the confirmation email on your mobile device to any PIC booth representative at the PIC Wire & Cable booth before the end of the Entry Period to redeem your prize. If your pull tab is not an instant winner, you may still scan the QR code and complete the online form you will receive a second pull tab game piece and be entered to win the final grand prize. All information must be accurate. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent these rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PIC Wire & Cable. In the event you are not an instant winner, please see PIC booth staff for a second chance pull tab piece.
Prizes: A total of 180 prizes may be awarded depending on the number of participants who select a winning pull tab piece and comply with these rules. One (1) prize per pull tab winner will be given in person at the PIC Wire & Cable booth. Prizes may vary and the particular prize will be selected at the sole discretion of PIC Wire & Cable representatives and may include, but are not limited to, PIC Branded: socks, tumbler, puzzle ball, or other suitable prize. Average prize value is $25.00 and will not exceed $50.00. All participants that scan the QR code and complete Sponsor’s online form during the Entry Period will also be entered to win a final grand prize. Final grand prize will be an aerospace-themed LEGO® set chosen at PIC’s discretion valued at $250. Final prize will be shipped out to winner’s address after show end.
No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Sponsor will pay shipping to each winner’s verified address. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION.
Odds: The odds of winning a pull tab instant winner prize are 180:970 if all pull tab entries are distributed during the Entry Period. The odds of winning the final grand prize depend on the number of online forms completed by participants who scan their pull tab QR code during the Entry Period.
Winner Selection and Notification: If a pull tab reveals the word WINNER!, the holder of that pull tab is eligible to redeem the entry for a prize at the PIC Wire & Cable booth during the Entry Period as outlined above, provided the entrant also completes and submits the online form and shows the email receipt as proof of submitting the form. The final grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all online forms completed by participants who scan their pull tab QR code during the Entry Period. The final grand prize winner will be notified using the contact information provided by the entrant on the online form.
Publicity Release/Rights Granted by You: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements, and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.
Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select an alternative winner from entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by PIC. PIC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these rules. Angelus has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: (a) multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; (b) multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or (c) the use of bots, AI agents, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Angelus reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless PIC Wire & Cable, the Angelus Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (a) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (e) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
GOVERNING LAW: SWEEPSTAKES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
ARBITRATION; waiver of class action: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a AAA regional office in Green Bay, Wisconsin; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, other than for entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winning names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: PIC Wire & Cable, Attn: Pull Tab Sweepstakes, W220 N1051 Springdale Rd., Waukesha, WI 53186. Requests must be received no later than six months after the end of the Entry Period for the particular Sweepstakes.
